"Poor Customer Service Received this response from Janine when I inquired about insurance coverage I’ve never heard of that happening before,” and “That’s not what insurance is for" I am submitting a formal complaint regarding my interactions with Janine DiPalma, which I found to be dismissive and unprofessional. During two separate inquiries, I requested clarification on insurance coverage. In response, I was told, “I’ve never heard of that happening before,” and “That’s not what insurance is for,” without any explanation or guidance. These responses failed to address the questions presented and reflected a lack of professionalism. In a prior conversation, Janine indicated that my review negatively impacted her record of positive feedback. This response is inappropriate and reflects a concerning prioritization of reputation over customer service. Addressing and resolving customer concerns—particularly negative feedback—is a fundamental responsibility. Despite being informed that my concerns would be relayed and addressed, no follow-up communication was provided. This includes my 2025 inquiry and my April 2026 visit, during which another agent acknowledged the issue and stated it would be escalated. Additionally, standard messaging stating, “We DO appreciate your business immensely and your concerns will certainly be heard & addressed within 24 hours,” has not been upheld in practice. No substantive response or resolution has been provided. I declined the request to discuss this matter in person, as the concerns have already been clearly documented and do not require repetition. This pattern reflects a failure to provide adequate customer service, communication, and accountability. I expect a formal response addressing these concerns, along with a clear explanation of coverage inquiries and the steps that will be taken to prevent similar issues moving forward.
